Any images of the final product Francis? Did you pair them with anything or just have the wings? They sound great!

I will take some photos next time, had them with a simple salad with cucumber, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and Romaine lettuces.

      PS

My cooking time in the air fryer slight different from foodnetwork.com.
Pat the chicken wings dry and sprinkle generously with salt. Place the wings in the basket of an air fryer so they are not touching (if necessary to fit, line up the drumettes standing upright along the sides). Set the air fryer to 360 degrees F and cook for 12 minutes, then flip the wings with tongs and cook for 12 minutes more. Flip the wings again, add the Gochujang sauce to the chicken wings ,increase the heat to 390 degrees F and cook until the outsides are extra-crispy, about 6 minutes more.

It looks like a good recipe, Francis. The main issue I see is that every Korean fried chicken I've ever gobbled down in Asia was pre-marinated. Cooking twice in an air fryer is certainly a lot more convenient than refrying it.
At my age, everything is irritating.
