I loved it when I had my own raw goat milk. The secret to raw goat milk tasting sweet and not like a billy goat is to keep your males separate from your females. Otherwise, your milk will taste like a stinking buck in rut. I wish I were still able to keep goats, but I no longer have the fencing required.

Sounds Great Brian, Got me sold at the banana and strawberries. I wish we had raw milk available here, I would need to drive about an hour to get some..

    Breakfast smoothie

I've become a little addicted to these for breakfast over the summer. Let's see if they're still as good when winter hits, lol...

    1 banana
A big handful of frozen strawberries
Whole milk, raw milk when I have it
A tablespoon or two raw honey
    A tablespoon of wheatgrass
    A tablespoon of collagen
    A tablespoon of spirulina

Cram into my Magic Bullet and blend. Keeps me full for hours. You can use any different or additional fruits or veggies as desired as long as you don't go above the fill line.

I get my supplements from Living Traditionally, supposed to be some of the best and purest organic supplements out there. If I feel a cold coming on I add a teaspoon of pure elderberry powder. I get my raw milk from a local farm, and my honey from a customer who trades me a gallon of it for small 15 minutes jobs from time to time.

Not real creative, but quick and tasty and better for you than store bought cereal that's loaded with sugar and about 30 ingredients I can't even pronounce. My backup breakfast on the weekends is usually bacon and eggs, lol...
