    Air Frying

To those 'human Air Fryers' out there, or any interested in trying out air frying.
I have a few recipes for simple & tasty air fryer dishes that can cut your meal prep time by a lot, and I'm in the process of developing a few others:
examples: chicken wings; fish and chips. Let me know if interested.

And for those wanting to try their hand at air fryhing, this is just to let you know there are many efficient and reliable air fryer brands in the market place that can be had for a modest price of between $75. and $125. You'd be surprised at the great meals they can create.
Your family can fall in love with them, as mine and our occasional guests have.

Just got an air fryer but I have not used it yet. Fish & chips look interesting.

I'll be the first to admit that I was a skeptic when it came to air frying. After our kitchen renovation, the oven we purchased comes with an air-fry setting and I've been hooked since. Looking forward to seeing any recipes you come up with.

For countertop options, you'll want to do your research. I know awhile back there was a recall for several makes and models because they were unsafe and could cause fires.

I have a countertop oven that I adore. It comes with an air frying option. I've never used it, but would if I saw a recipe that tickled my taste buds.

I'll post my simple recipe for chicken wings when I get it all developed properly. The most important elements are the recipe for the glaze to be added after the air frying, and ensuring the wings come out as crispy as possible before coating them with the glaze. (There's a secret element to doing that - and it's simple.)

I'm concurrently working on finalizing the recipe for fish and chips - also simple, with a number of options for the white fish used, and the crispy coating rngredients used - as well as using a good brand of frozen fries to save a lot of time, while air-frying them simultaneously with the fish.

I've been using my air fryer for 3 years now almost every day and if it ever breaks. I would definitely buy another. They're so convenient. Best invention since the microwave IMO.
