For those not interested in Privacy, it going to be a banner year for you. Google has made it easier than ever for you to lose control of your privacy in ways you will not even know.
Its called "Digital Fingerprinting" and coming to all apps and computer hardware near you on Feb 16. And just to clarify, no this isnt the same thing as when you use your fingerprint scanner to open your smartphone.
Google will be introducing a revised version of something it vowed to no longer do ... digitally fingerprint every piece of tech you own...Once done it will be next to impossible for you to remove that info. It will allow Google to track everything about you more so than ever before.
So if you are not concerned with privacy, you really need to do nothing and Google will make your dreams come true...
However if you are part of that shrinking Minority that does care about Privacy.. you should research what "Googles Digital Fingerprinting" is and why it is so bad.
You can start here..
Also if you care you should research something called "Gravy Analytics Databreach)
Whats important about the Gravy Data Breach.. it illustrates how many of the apps on your smart devices collected your private location data and shared it... That data then found its way to Gravy Analytics databases which were hacked.
Apps involved..
The full list is staggering..
I know this post will not matter to alot of people(but should).. but maybe it will educate a few of you as to a current privacy issue that is really not getting the attention it should.

The list includes dating sites Tinder and Grindr; massive games such as Candy Crush, Temple Run, Subway Surfers, and Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells; transit app Moovit; My Period Calendar & Tracker, a period-tracking app with more than 10 million downloads; popular fitness app MyFitnessPal; social network Tumblr; Yahoo’s email client; Microsoft’s 365 office app; and flight tracker Flightradar24. The list also mentions multiple religious-focused apps such as Muslim prayer and Christian Bible apps, various pregnancy trackers, and many VPN apps, which some users may download, ironically, in an attempt to protect their privacy.
