    Happy Easter

    Wishing a Happy Easter to everyone and to Easter eggs hunts, time with family and/or simply celebrating the day however you choose. For us it is an early dinner with family coming over and I am the chief cook We are having a mix of shrimp, pork crops and steak with wild rise, a salad and eclair cake. Cheers everyone!!

              We had a great Easter. Tom's Brother Robert and Julie came over. Back in the day they hosted a international student named Mac and he was visiting them so it was really nice to see him again. We had shrimp, salad and wild rice for our midday dinner and Eclair cake (old family recipe).

              My daughter Diana and her husband Mike are in Japan for a much needed vacation. Looks like they are having a blast too.
