How about the Pacific Northwest Discus Club?

I live in southern Oregon. About as far south as the common usage of Pacific Northwest covers. I don't know of any other forum members within a few hundred miles of me. What if we started a group for our "region" (which we're all used to being grouped into), to share experiences and develop connections, with a goal of getting together sometime in the future, perhaps at various locations? I'm lobbying for the creation of a Pacific Northwest Discus Club; Alaska, Washington, Idaho, Oregon, ?
