Wow I just looked over your interview and those great pics. I am very impressed. This is very helpful for me to see as I am just starting out in this hobby. You helped me once before with a tank drilling question.

I plan on getting some of your Discus one day when my set up is ready and if you have some available at that time. I love the pictures of all your fish. They look to be great quality.

I know this is probably a funny question but I am new so here it goes.
What exactly is culling? Is it getting rid of the bad fish in a batch. Do you just throw them away? Just wanted to know for when I breed discus in the future one day.

                  Thanks for sharing

                  Craig

Thanks for your comments Craig. Yes the culling process is getting rid of fish. There are all kinds of things to look for when doing this. It might be a bent spine, short gill, one big eye one small eye, not growing like the rest of the bunch, football shape, etc. The list goes on. When you are ready for some fish just let us know. Hope your tank drilling went ok. Andrew is the one that helped you with that.

Thanks for the info. I am so excited about getting my tanks set up and filling them with fish. I work on it as much as I can. I'll let you know when I am ready to get some fish from you. It may be a little while due to a lack of funding right know but it will happen some day. I can't wait.
