When I think of the Quintessential Discus Hobbyist ..I think of Rick. Largely self taught by trial and error, unafraid to ask questions, unafraid to share his opinions and experiences, try new things, think outside of the tank... Thats Rick! If I had to suggest someone for a novice to follow along and learn from, I would say start with Rick.
