I just add a bunch to some bananas and mush it in. if I had a guess maybe 1/2 cup fines to 1/2 ripe banana?
Interesting idea Al, how long will this last for feeding to the fish. Guess you make enough for one feeding so you do not keep any for a later feeding?

I havent tried freezing but it should be fine.I would not refrigerate though...aquatic worms break down to mush fast.

Chuck..I just drop it in in a chunk.. I think pressing to the wall may work but may be messy
