    Default Here's What Happens When You Take a Long Lens to Gatorland

    So went to Gatorland for the first time since last summer and played out in the breeding marsh and then did something I have not done much of. Playing with color, texture and some composition. What did you think.

    Love the Flamingo shot, 10/10 for me. Love the pose, the black background, the sharpness, color, everything. I've seen one similar photo a while back that just popped to me, and this one is no different. Natural sunlight? I personally find this the best of the group hands down. They all look great though.

    Thanks Matt, I always seem to want to include the entire animal so this is getting me out of my comfort zone. I will admit I had different reasons for each shot and immensely enjoyed myself .

    Al, note the blue eye on this gator. It is called a Leucistic, basically a white gator with blue eyes and blue patches on the body.

    Cool Pat...I used to have a pair of leucistic Black Rat snakes... looked very similar.
