My wife told me she recognized from our oscar days the tell-tale sign of a fish jumping out of a tank and landing on the floor. Sure enough she found one of my egg laying female red turq's laying behind the aquarium taking in the scenery.

She promptly scooped her up and dropped her back in. She makes it plain to me that she feels I spend more time on discus than I should but she saved me some heartache today. Thanks Baby!

Well then there you have it...! My hubby would have given her a bit more time to enjoy the scenery and then fried her up for din din. I can hear him now... "But baby... I didn't kill her"... LOL... (j/k hun).

Sounds like your Mrs. is a bit more compassionate than you imagined.
Knowing us women, she may become a discus lover now that she has saved one.
