    Default Discus Newbie

    Hi

I am writing from Singapore. I have recently started keeping Discus
after a colleague of mine gave me 3 home bred Discus. I was soon
captivated and mesmerised by them. In the past, Discus was to me, very difficult to keep and very fragile fishes which die easily. Now I know those are rumours that people who do not know Discus spread. I do keep other fishes and I breed Platties and Guppies, in addition to keeping Blood parrots, Luo Han and others.

I now have 8 Discus, 2 Snakeskin, 2 Blue Diamond, 1 Golden Pigeon, 1 Leopard Ring, 1 Brown, 1 Snow Red.

I currently get my Discus from a relative's aquarium shop here in Singapore. He is a home Discus breeding enthusiasts.

Discus are truly the Kings and Queens of tropical fishes.
