Default Lighting for a Planted Tank!

I was looking at getting a PC fluorescent Lighting fixture for a Planted Discus Tank from A H Supply. They recommended a 4 x 55 Watt setup for my 75 Gallon tank.

My question is this, should I get the 5000k bulbs or the 6700k bulbs?
or maybe a combination of both (2 each)?

    Help!?!!

The type of lights you need depends on a couple things. 1 the depth of the tank . 2 the the type of plants ( stem plant need more light ). Iwould use a mixture of both . I use compact 5500 and trition lights on my tanks .hope this helps.

It depends on what you your expectations are and what types of plants you want to grow. You can get away quite a bit cheaper than PC lighting any way you look at it though.
