Default Feeding for the first time

What would everyone suggest for first time feeding when a discus has just been introduced into a new tank? Should I go with the frozen brine shrimp, Omega One Flakes, Omega One Color flakes or freeze dried bloodworms. Also I'm going to assume they won't eat right away, but when should they start getting there apetite back when placed in a new tank? Thanks All!

Offer them food they are used to eating. What is the seller feeding them now?

    Yes Steve.

Once they are eating good you can begin introducing new foods.

I just fed them the BS and they ate some of it, although I think they are still a little nervous. At least they took a couple bites.

Don't over feed - or if you do vacuum out the leftovers after 20 minutes or so
