Curipera followup
This pic I took today of the original pair. I intend to seperate the babies tonight.
In the lower right you should see a second Curipera pair which also have babies attached.

Upper Canada Discus.

What are your water parameters? Are you gonna sell any fry? Do you ship?

Re:Curipera followup
Whoa!!! Look at those Curipera frybabies!!! Very nice, Upper Canada. Are you planning to sell them and ship to NYC???? If not, are you close to Buffalo (like Toronto)??? Just asking. ;D Nice pictures. Keep up the good spawning.

Re:Curipera followup
Thank you for those very kind comments.
As far as the water parameters go the pH varies in this system from between 5.0 and 5.8, as you know the pH is constantly falling. This system is 925 gallons ( and is plumbed ready for 1105 gallons ) which includes a 125 gallon sump and a 5 foot tall bio-tower.
The conductivity also varies between 150 and 185.
I live about 1 hour north of Toronto. As far as shipping is concerned I do not currently ship because of the distance to the airport. I have been thinking of about this a lot lately and perhaps an answer might be to sell them to another breeder or distributor. On the other hand I may take the plunge myself as I do breed a variety of domestic strains as well.

Upper Canada Discus
