    Default potted plants

    Hi everyone,

    This is probably a dumb question, but woth potted plants is it best to remove the mooshy stuff they are in, or plant them with it?

    Pete-

    Yes, you'll want to remove the "rock wool" which is used as a medium for the plants to establish their roots. It's usually soaked with fertilizers, etc... so you should gently pick and poke it away from the roots (or you could potentially get an algea bloom).
