Default Are my discus attempting to breed?

    Hello
I have had my discus tank for about 3 weeks now and I continue to be fascinated by these fish.I noticed last night that 2 of the fish are circling each other and fluttering there fins. This goes on for about 2-3 minutes at a time.I dont know the age of these fish as I purchased them from a Florida bredder and diddnt think to ask.How old do these fish have to be to breed?Should temp be increased?Im new to raising discus, but in the short Ive had them Im enjoying them very much and want to make sure i keep my mistakes to a minimum.Any answers to these questions will be appreciated.

Discus will normally start showing breeding signs around 1 year of age. Normally the female matures faster though. If you are new to discus then I would just let them have fun in the community tank and do lots of reading and learning on discus. Keep your community tank between 84-86 degrees. A breeder tank should be at 82. IMO Do you have pictures of the fish and your tank to show?
