What is the preferred media for these filters? This is used as a secondary source of filtration for a 90 gallon bare-bottomed tank with sponge-filters as the number one option.

I have purchased poly-fabric at Wal-Mart and cut to fit the filter frame. You can also get a reasonable deal at Drs. Foster and Smith with the Bio-3 Carbon filled floss replacements...use those to remove meds, etc for an extra clean look.
