    heckel lovers. did you see this? i was cruising the net and came across this advertisment for a blue faced heckel breeding pair. UK people - i think you should investigate - i found the details here

    Those fish to me in the pics look barely healthy enough to eat let alone breed....Bill

    From the pictures i don't see blue face Heckel Just common Heckel and living at a ph of 6.9 a don't think they breed(My opinion).

    Easy to say breeding pair,nice to see pics with young on them.I'm with William they don't look like the healthiest fish iv'e seen.

    Hi,

    this is Heiko Bleher and by looking at those pictures it is true:
    1. Never are those blue-faced heckel-discus;
    2. they are badly grown up (the eyes to large for their size and not healthy, and the fishes much to skinny), and
    3. I will call myself a different name if that is a breeding pair.
