rustoleum alternative

does anyone have any experience with this product as an alternative to painting a tank stand with rustoleum?

I have used something similar to it before years ago. I think it would work good for painting a tank stand. But the stuff I used dried to a hard coating which to me I would think the glass or plastic edges of a tank would slip on it to easy.

Jegs, or any of the bedliners, work fine. Overspray is a pain to get off, so mask or be real careful.
