was wondering if anyone in sacramento ca?? hows the water? i live in the elk grove area

Most anyone who lives off of city water will have acceptable water for fish/discus as there are certain parameters the water has to be within for people to drink.....and those parameters are usually fine for most fish

adammak47 : another question.. do you age your water? any chemicals?

I was planning to age my water but I realize that the water ph doesn't swing a lot. So I changed my plan and I don't age my water anymore. I add prime/safe into the tank before adding the water straight from the tap.
