    Default barebottom aeration

    I'm going to take out the thin layer of gravel i have in my tank, and was wondering what kind of airstones you guys use?

    +1 they are wieghted so stay on the bottom, these are the only airstones I use and most the time very hard to get. Also work great in a sponge filter.

    +2, I use those as well. Easy to wipe algae off too if it gets in or around it.
