Today I changed a sponge on my reverse flow undergravel in the 20 gallon in my room (checkerboard cichlids, blue rams, some shrimp, nerite snails)

I am trying to find a way to catch fry (Neolamprologus Similis) as the eight adults in my son's 20 gallon have spawned, and there are about three groups of fry in there.
Most of the fry is 1/4 inch, but a few are 1/2 inch long. I am thinking the best way will be a fish trap. I will then put them in a breeder box or a hang on front refugium.

Am taking it slow so the dressing on my right leg doesn't come off as the doc took a 2 x 4 inch chunk down to the fat which removed ingrown hairs, cysts, etc...
My sores from Hidradenitis Suppurative are healing (finally was able to convince a doc that my issues were an autoimmune disease and get a script for Humira).

One of our friends is giving me a Banjo Catfish as they didn't even know they had it as it was hiding in the substrate. They have taken their aquarium down so the cat is in a small holding container. It will go in my 75 gallon since it won't get too big, and is peaceful. It can eat flake or bladder snails.

My lawn is coming in as I have seeded the front yard with Kentucky Blue Grass and Dutch Clover.

Yep, that's a view of the Grand Teton from my front deck. It looks close, but the peak is actually 20 miles from me. We're sitting at 6,000 ft elevation and the peak is ~14,000 feet.

Sorry about the quality from my iPhone 8.

Everyone I know who has had that surgery has been delighted with the outcome. Tom will be overjoyed when he is able to see well again. He will have forgotten what he had been missing.

My grandpa had it done probably 30 years ago. It was a bigger deal at the time than it is now. I remember him marveling at how he could see the blades of grass again which he hadn't seen in decades. Grandma had it done more like 10 years ago and it was almost like just going to the doctor for a checkup. Remarkable difference in how invasive the procedure has become.

Good luck to you and your husband, Pat!
